THE COMPANY - Del Bac Building Contractor, Inc., is an Arizona Corporation licensed by the State Registrar of Contractors to provide general building contracting services. This includes but is not limited to, the construction, repair and remodeling of residential and commercial buildings including single family dwellings, townhouses, public buildings and multiple family dwellings. Established in 1972, the business was incorporated in 1976. Jesus Briones serves as President. The company provides a wide range of construction services. For the construction of custom homes the firm has worked with clients in selecting suitable sites, providing architectural drawings, construction documents and in being part of owner/architect/builder design teams. JESUS BRIONES - In his capacity as President of Del Bac Building Contractor, Inc., he is responsible for providing the "hands on" in the hands-on policy and philosophy of the company. Mr. Briones is licensed by the State of Arizona Registrar of Contractors in the following categories: "B-1" General Commercial Contractor, "B" General Residential Contractor, "A-12" Sewer mains, drains and pipe laying, "C-37" Residential Plumbing Contractor, "L-37" Commercial Plumbing Contractor Community Services have included serving on the City of Tucson Housing Advisory Board, the Board of Directors of La Frontera Mental Health Services, the Board of Directors of the Sunnyside Foundation, the Board of Directors of the Metropolitan Housing Commission. And he has recently completed serving as a Board Member with the Tucson Metropolitan Housing Corporation. This corporation actively participates in addressing community housing issues, policies and programs, frames priorities and develops policies for the low income individuals and families in the Tucson Community. |
